These terms cover your use of the Prestation website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Who can use it

The current registration flow supports teachers and students. A student should use the Service with a parent's or guardian's permission where required. Parent accounts and school-wide accounts are not current registration roles.

Accounts

• Keep your login details safe — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Provide accurate profile information (name, school context, subjects).
• One account per person; tell us if another school or family should not have access.

Trial and plans

The landing page shows proposed plan prices for product planning. Billing, checkout, and paid subscriptions are not enabled in this repository. Registration does not create a paid commitment.

Teacher authority over AI output

Generated assessments, RPH drafts, marking results, and teaching recommendations are assistant output. Teachers must review the material and remain responsible for final academic decisions in their classroom. The current AI service is deterministic mock behavior, not a live external provider.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you have no right to use.
• Do not attempt to access another family's or school's data.
• Do not use the Service to distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive material.
• Do not scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service without permission.

Our content, your content

Prestation's interface, branding, and curriculum structure remain ours. Content you create (classes, assessments, RPH documents, submissions) is yours; you grant us the limited right to store and process it so the Service can work.

Availability and liability

The MVP Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable and safe, but the Service may change or be interrupted while it evolves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prestation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
